Sculpturepark/projectspace project

I started the project 2011 with the town of Pori, in behalf of our association T.E.H.D.A.S. ry.

T.E.H.D.A.S. Radioasema projectspace and sculpturepark

T.E.H.D.A.S. ry strongly focuses on the operation of the Väinölä shortwave station maintenance and development. T.E.H.D.A.S. started to built 2011 a sculpture park and organizes events and exhibitions in the Radiostation area. We are constantly developing Radiostations different spaces and the the environment, into regional and national contemporary art as an event and exhibition space. 

It is an experimental production platform for a cultural center that connects communities. This gives the opportunity to deepen the artistic contents of the Radiostation and sculpturepark and the regional community perspective and cooperation

 The cooperation is with the Pori Art Museum and the city of Pori, they support us with the operation towards professionalisation.

T.E.H.D.A.S. Radioasema projektitilat ja veistospuisto

T.E.H.D.A.S. ry keskittyy vahvasti Väinölän lyhytaaltoaseman toiminnan ylläpitoon ja kehittämiseen. T.E.H.D.A.S. on vuodesta 2011 rakentanut veistospuistoa ja järjestänyt tapahtumia ja näyttelyitä Radioaseman alueella. Panostamme jatkuvasti voimakkaammin Radioaseman tiloihin ja ympäristön potentiaaliin merkittäväksi alueelliseksi ja valtakunnalliseksi nykytaiteen tapahtuma- ja näyttelytilaksi sekä uuden ja kokeilevan, eri yhteisöjä yhdistävän, kulttuurikeskuksen tuotanto-alustaksi. Tämä antaa mahdollisuuden viedä eteenpäin ja syventää entisestään Radioaseman ja Veistospuiston taiteellisia sisältöjä, alueellista yhteisönäkökulmaa ja -yhteistyötä, muita yhteistyöverkostoja Satakunnassa, valtakunnallisesti ja kansainvälisesti sekä työllistymis- ja rahoitusmahdollisuuksia nostaen näin toiminnan uudelle tasolle. Tiivistyvä yhteistyö Porin taidemuseon ja Porin kaupungin kanssa tukee toiminnan ammattimaistumista.
